Error was shot in Digital 2K colour on an Arri Alexa Mini, and then converted into black and white in post-production. Dolly shots in Error are achieved through the use of a camera slider track and pushing the DOP on an office chair. The locations in the film were shot at MetFilm School, Stage 16 at Garden Studios, and Central Studios Ealing (student accommodation).
